2. Pricing, Invoicing & Orders

• Seal Compromise: Vacuum packaging has lost airtight decompression resulting in loss of crispness upon arrival.

• Expired or Defective Batch: Any package received beyond its printed best-before date or failing FSSAI sensory benchmarks.
